Which Is the Best Conditioner for Hairfall?

Just as our bodies need nutrition and hydration to remain healthy, hair too requires enough nourishment to thrive.

Lack of essential nutrients is the main reason for hair fall among men and women.

It also causes other hair problems such as frizz, dandruff, breakage, and greying.

Deep conditioning is an underrated practice that still is not accepted as a part of healthy hair routine in India.

Benefits of conditioning:

Restores moisture:

After washing, hair loses the natural oils and moisture present on the surface of the strands.

If this persists for long, mane becomes permanently damaged and lacks shine.

A good conditioner helps restore the moisture and the lost oils making the hair appear shinier and alive.

Locks hydration:

Reduces static charge

: Dry hair produces a lot of static charge while brushing or styling. This charge multiplies frizz making the hair prone to breakage.

Using a conditioner reduces static charge and thus helps in reducing hair fall.

Lessen knots and tangles

:

Hair that has not been conditioned is more likely to form knots and tangles.

These tangles make it very difficult to brush and style the hair.

On the contrary, well-nourished hair is easier to comb and doesn’t get much tangled.

Types of Conditioners: Conditioners can be classified into three major categories

Rinse through conditioners:

:They are the most used ones in general. Rinse through or rinse out conditioners are used immediately after shampoo. After washing, pour a generous amount of the conditioner on the palm and apply well on hair, right from roots to lengths. Wait for a few minutes and let the hair absorb nourishment. Rinse thoroughly with plain water.

These conditioners work for all hair types and are good to be used on a regular basis.

Deep Conditioners

:As the name suggests, these are meant to deeply nourish the hair. They usually are quite thick in consistency and often known as hair masks.

Deep conditioners are especially meant for dry, damaged, very rough or thick hair. With heavy and concentrated formula, masks are meant to penetrate deep into the cuticles and ensure intense nourishment to damaged hair. They need not be applied immediately after shampoo and unlike rinse-through ones, deep conditioners are left for 20 to 30 minutes. To provide intense nourishment, these masks are rich in ingredients as shea butter, wax, emulsifiers, fatty compounds and milk proteins. Though ideal for dry and frizzy hair, the concentrated formula may not work too well for thin, oily and weak hair. Being heavy, it weighs the hair down and those with weak roots might experience hair loss.

Hair growth due to kesh king oil and shampoo

How to condition:

Conditioning is alike feeding the hair. The better and healthier ‘food’ your crowning glory gets, the thicker and longer it grows.

  • Hair conditioning can be done in two easy steps.

Firstly, oil the hair properly. Yes, oil is the real conditioner as it restores the moisture, makes the hair more manageable and softer, adds shine and bounce. Using an ayurvedic oil with infused herbs triggers hair growth and brings about suppleness.

It is recommended to massage with oil at least 2 hours before shampooing. The best is to leave it overnight.

Kesh King Ayurvedic Medicinal Oil is a perfect blend of 21 exotic herbs including Bhringraj, Brahmi, Amla, Manjishtha,Jatamasi, Nagkesar, Javakusum, Neem and Methi. It deeply nourishes even very frizzy and damaged hair to make it manageable and soft.

Also, oil conditions the scalp while conditioners nourish the hair lengths.

Steaming:

Steaming the hair after oiling also makes a whole lot of difference and is an under-rated step in the conditioning routine.

Steaming helps pores present on the scalp open wide and absorb the nourishment provided by the oil much better.

Use a hot towel or a home cap-steamer after oiling and hair mask application. It will make the scalp and roots assimilate the nutrients almost instantly, making the hair bouncier and shinier.

Secondly, use a good conditioner after shampoo to restore moisture.

Kesh King Anti-Hair fall Conditioner is a perfect choice to pamper your mane after washing.

Kesh King Anti- Hair fall conditioner deeply nourishes the rough and dry hair strands, making them super soft, well hydrated and manageable. It has 21 ayurvedic herbs and aloe vera that helps reduce frizz, breakage and hair fall.

It forms a protective layer on the hair, making it more supple and easy to style. The Kesh King Anti-Hair fall conditioner also penetrates deeply into the hair shaft, providing optimum nourishment to even the most dry and damaged mane. Using at least twice a week along with oil, rejuvenates hair and makes it appear darker and thicker.

Hair fall due to frizz and breakage too reduces when shafts receive better nourishment.

After oil massage, shampoo the hair thoroughly using lukewarm water. Never use water that is too hot or too cold as hair turns brittle and breaks.

Once clean, pour enough conditioner on the palm and apply generously on hair lengths, from roots to tips. Cover all hair strands, applying gently. No need to condition the scalp.

Leave it for 4-5 minutes and rinse off with plain water.

Pat dry the hair with a soft towel and never rub vigorously.

Comb only when the hair is upto 50 percent dry. Brushing or styling wet hair causes hair fall.

Regular oiling and conditioning improves the texture and quality of hair. It becomes much more shiny, soft, easy to style.

Conditioning also reduces hair fall to a certain extent. Hair feels thicker and healthier gradually with every usage.
