Anti-dandruff shampoo

Hair care is an important part of our daily routine. Care of hair and the scalp both are equally important.
Our hair goes through a lot all throughout the day and there are several hair problems people suffer like hair fall, dandruff, split ends, frizzy hair etc.
All these hair problems are due to various factors eg – stress, pollution, unhealthy eating habits, using wrong hair care products, etc.

Dandruff

Dandruff is a scalp condition that causes flakes on the skin to appear. The issues are quite common in winters and with changes in weather too. It usually begins in young adulthood and continues through middle age. That doesn’t mean older adults don’t get dandruff. Some people have dandruff issues lifelong. Dandruff is one scalp issue that affects hair health.
It is not an infection and cannot spread from one person to another.
It is more common in men than in women.
Dandruff can have different causes like Irritated, oily skin, or dry skin.

What causes Dandruff?

There are various possible causes, including seborrheic dermatitis, allergic reactions, psoriasis, and eczema. An overreaction to Malassezia, a yeast that occurs on the scalp, is among the causes of seborrheic dermatitis.
Poor hygiene is not a factor but hair wash is not regular and flakes become more visible.
AYURVEDA
Ayurveda is vividly practiced in India
The main classical Ayurveda texts begin with accounts of the transmission of medical knowledge from the gods to sages, and then to human physicians.

Ayurveda does not generalize treatment. According to Ayurveda everyone needs personalized treatment.
The basic rules are –

Reducing stress by keeping the mind healthy and thinking positively, avoiding negative vibes and embracing positive thoughts. Mediation helps with this a lot.

Eating healthy is really important. Your diet must include all kinds of fruits and vegetables, nuts and ghee etc. It is also important to intake cumin, turmeric, ginger, and honey.

Scalp Massage before washing your hair a little scalp massage with warm oil can be very refreshing and rejuvenates hair too.

Washing and oiling Hair. Washing Hair with a suitable shampoo and conditioner is a must. And post shampoo oiling hair is equally important. Oiling is something which we often tend to ignore, but oiling of hair is really essential. Oil provides moisture to the scalp and nourishes it, making it strong.
